REZ Voice and Data Service

The McGill Network and Communications Services (NCS) provide telecommunication services to students living in McGill Residences and selected Graduate Housing buildings under what is called the REZ Voice and Data Service. Students can opt for telephone and long distance service, and high-speed data connections, services which are not included in the Residence room fees. Meal plans

Student living in Residence have access to a choice of residential meal plans, provided by McGill Food and Dining Services. In some residences, a mandatory meal plan is in effect, but there are nevertheless different levels of plans from which to choose. Also, students living off campus or in a residence where there are no mandatory meal plans have the option to purchase a meal plan to get the flexibility of eating on campus at any Food and Dining Services location while not having to worry about carrying cash. Off campus housing

If your student is looking to rent an apartment or room outside of the limits of our campus, the McGill Off Campus Housing office is a resource they should make sure to utilize. They provide information on renting in Montreal, on legal matters to consider and answers to a broad range of other questions you may have. They provide access to on-line listings of apartments for rent, apartments to share and rooms for rent in private homes around both campuses, as well as links to a broad range of key external resources.
